Cakes are Iced with Buttercream, Rolled Fondant, or Ganache according to your request. The Buttercream and Rolled Fondant can be made in several flavors, including Vanilla, Chocolate, White Chocolate or another flavor that suits your tastes.

All Decorations are hand-made, and will be created using Marzipan, Sugarpaste, Fondant, Chocolate or a combination of mediums. Occasionally Fresh Flowers are added to complete the design.
